Abigail is an experienced specialist family law solicitor and collaboratively trained practitioner who advises clients on complex children matters and matters relating to the breakdown of a marriage, including high-value divorce and financial settlements.
Abigail has a particular specialism in cases of international and domestic adoption, as well as cases where there are high levels of conflict or complex allegations of domestic abuse and substance/alcohol misuse. Abigail has extensive experience with both the litigation process and the various dispute resolution processes.

Abigail is Co-Chair of Mills & Reeve's disability and neurodiversity network (Ability) and is an active committee member of Resolution’s National Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Committee, where she aims to contribute to making family law a more inclusive and diverse sector for professionals and clients alike. Abigail is also the EDI Officer for the Manchester Young Resolution Committee. Abigail delivers presentations on topics of family law and inclusion, and authors articles for national publications.
