Caitlin supports clients in dealing with the full range of issues arising out of divorce and separation. This includes arrangements for children and finances, often involving substantial assets and complex issues such as trusts, pensions and family businesses (including farms). Caitlin also advises clients on wealth protection including pre and post marital agreements. Many cases have an international dimension.

Caitlin appreciates that everybody's situation is different. She adapts her approach and advice to the individual wishes of her clients. Caitlin's approach is client led and client focused, whether that be as a mediator, a financial arbitrator, in collaborative law, in solicitor led negotiation or litigation. In whatever way a client wants a case to be dealt with, Caitlin's approach is always to work with clients to try and find a solution to the issues they face.
