What can I do for you

Sophie is an Associate in the specialist Mills & Reeve family and children team. She assists individuals to deal with all aspects of a relationship or marriage breakdown, including divorce and separation and the division of assets. Sophie also has experience advising on a wide range of private law children matters.

Sophie deals with cohabitation/ TOLATA disputes, both involving and not involving children.  

Sophie has experience of matters involving Court proceedings, as well as matters involving a variety of dispute resolution processes.

Sophie is a member of Resolution, a national organisation of family lawyers committed to resolving disputes in a constructive and non-confrontational way. 

She is on the Committee for her local Resolution group for Cambridge & West Suffolk. She is the group’s Press Officer and assists in arranging a wide range of events for the group throughout the year. 

Sophie is also a member of the firm’s internal working groups for Children Law and Cohabitation Law.
