Stephanie assists individuals with a wide range of family law matters, including relationship or marriage breakdowns, children disputes, nuptial agreements and domestic abuse injunctions.

She provides compassionate and pragmatic legal advice to ensure that her client’s feel supported throughout, seeking to get to the heart of the matter from the very first meeting.

Stephanie has significant experience in complex asset and income structures, pension issues and complex children matters, including both internal and international relocation and matters concerning serious domestic abuse.

She strives to avoid the court forum wherever possible, but recognises that litigation can be required to ensure progress and reach a resolution with the best possible outcome for her client. She is a fearless lawyer in this arena working to promote her client's interests and achieve their aims.

Stephanie was previously co-chair of the University of Birmingham's Free Legal Advice Group, through which she now acts as a professional volunteer, working with students to provide legal advice to those most in need.

Outside of work, Stephanie is working hard to travel the world and experience as many new cultures and cuisines as possible.
