Victoria is an associate in the family and children team, with a strong practice in wealth protection and family wealth planning. She regularly advises high-net-worth individuals and families and has particular expertise in preparing and advising on pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements, including where there are valuable family businesses, trusts, property portfolios and international assets.
She also advises on divorce and financial proceedings, arrangements for children, separation and cohabitation agreements, TOLATA claims, and non-molestation and occupation orders. Victoria is involved in the firm’s fertility practice, advising surrogates and intended parents throughout their surrogacy journey.

Acting for intended parents in an application for a parental order following an international surrogacy arrangement.
Advising a surrogate on the law around domestic surrogacy.
Representing parents within contact proceedings where the other parent has been abusive and/or suffered from mental health issues and alcoholism.
Advising parties in financial remedy proceedings involving family businesses, trust assets, extensive property portfolios and foreign assets.
Advising high-net-worth individuals and families on protecting wealth within marriage through carefully tailored pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements.
Supporting your ambitions
Victoria is a member of the firm’s internal working groups for Pensions and Children Law. She is also part of the internal Balance Network, supporting gender equality. In her spare time, she volunteers for the Birmingham Free Legal Advice Group (FLAG), which provides pro bono legal advice to people across the West Midlands. Victoria is also a member of the Resolution Orders and Agreements Committee, a group of family law professionals working to ensure that orders, documents and agreements used in family law are clear and nationally consistent. She regularly contributes to the firm’s blogs and website, with a particular interest in explaining family law clearly and making it more accessible to clients.
Victoria is known for combining strong technical expertise with a calm, approachable and empathetic manner. She takes time to understand what matters most to each client, explains complex issues clearly and provides firm, practical advice focused on achieving the best possible outcome. As a member of Resolution, she seeks to resolve matters constructively and proportionately wherever possible, while recognising when decisive court action is required. In those cases, she guides clients confidently through the process and robustly protects their interests.
